CONSULTANT/SALON OWNER
Haylee continues to be a valuable team-member at Miller & Green, bringing with her over 15 years of experience in hairdressing as well as a naturally keen eye for detail. Her passion and enthusiasm for cutting and colouring are exemplified in her classic cuts executed with a contemporary edge, but her styling skills are equally in demand for long hair styling for weddings or formal occasions. It is this kind of versatility and aptitude that makes her a very popular stylist amongst the customer base of the salon, and this loyalty is justified by her consistently turning out excellent work week in week out.
DEREK
CONSULTANT
UK-trained with over 20 years experience in the industry, 9 of which were with an award-winning salon, Derek's extensive experience allows him to consistently exceed clients' expectations, and has led to his work being published photographically in British Hairdressing Journal and other UK and International magazines. Level IV Certification gives him the opportunity to fulfil a teaching role within the salon, a key aspect of the Miller and Green ideology and one which ensures a steady, structured development and diversification of all the team members in the salon. Derek's passion and commitment are abundantly evident and combine to ensure his clients return time after time.
MEGAN
CONSULTANT
Megan is becoming one of our most sought-after stylists, and with over twenty years of experience it is easy to understand why this is so. Despite limited days in the salon Megan is exceptionally thorough in her consultations with each client, ensuring a great understanding of expectations, and allowing clients to feel completely confident of an amazing result. She is passionate about pushing the boundaries while keeping your hair in mint condition. Super mum to three mini-me’s, you will never catch her with an average hairstyle.
NICOLA
CONSULTANT
Having recently relocated to Sydney from Cambridge UK, Nicola brings with her over seven years of experience working in busy, high-energy salons, and loves leaning towards the forward edge of fashion and colour trends. She is often to be found experimenting with ‘colour cocktails’ in the colour room, which translates to a technical skill and sharp eye for colour-work as well as a keen idea of up-to-the-minute style. Nicola also has an exceptional knack for transforming unmanageable hair into styles that are a breeze to maintain.
KATE
CONSULTANT
We are very happy to have added Kate to our team when she was itching to become a hairdresser and join the Miller & Green team. She has since graduated and topped her class at TAFE. She has blossomed into a skilled, modern caring stylist with a passion for styling hair for photo shoots. Kate is a pleasure to watch as she has a natural love for all things hair.
PHOEBE
MAKEUP ARTIST / BROW SPECIALIST
Having a long-standing love of art, fashion and colour, Phoebe has developed this into a passion for makeup artistry, specifically as a makeup & brow artist and manicurist. She loves to create all different styles of makeup, from soft, natural looks to more dramatic, glamorous looks, all with great attention to detail. Phoebe shows devotion to working with people of all ages, skin tones and face shapes, and tailors her work to each client's unique features and desires, in order to bring out their individual beauty.
